The Portman Range

Available in 6x4 Apex, 7x5 Pent, 8x6 Apex, 8x6 Security Apex and 8x8 Apex.

The Portman Range of buildings are built using Pressure Treated (Tanalised) timber. Pressure Treated Timber is designed to protect against Rot and Insect attack to give the softwood an extended life and to some degree a low maintenance service life. The treatment is NOT intended to perform as a waterproofing agent, if left untreated , water/moisture may permeate through the product. To help avoid this happening all Pressure Treated Sheds/Buildings must be further treated with at least two coats of a recognised brand of 'Water Repellent' product, applied to all external surfaces - A high quality wood stain or paint will help seal the timber thus minimising the chances of water penetration.

Portman Security Apex

New to our collection is The Portman 8' x 6' Security Shed - A true workhorse of a shed, these buildings are constructed from 19mm Floorboards (NOT Chipboard or similar), ex19mm Rebated Shiplap Cladding, ex50x38mm Framing and 19mm Roofboards this building has the added advantage of certain security measures as a standard feature within its construction.
